We want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-painted stoneware; if your order isn't perfect, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all Polish pottery is securely packed in its original materials to prevent breakage during the return journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap each piece of pottery in bubble wrap and sturdy padding to ensure the delicate stoneware arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
